As we embark on the academic session 2024-25, our commitment to enhancing the educational journey of our students is unwavering. Last year, the following commitments were made to students Which were fulfilled successfully.
- A state of the art building to further enhance learning for our Headwians.
- Evening clubs suitable for our students for their all-round development.
- Exchange programs and trainings for our teachers, so that they can get the experience of working with professionals around the world, particularly in the US and UK.
- IT facilities and to incorporate more SMART classes, so that Headwians are well equipped with the latest technologies to strive in this competitive and advanced world.
My message for the academic session 2024-25 is based on the series of progressive educational initiatives aimed at enhancing our students’ Learning experience and preparing them for the challenges of the future.
In recent years, there has been a paradigm shift in education, with a growing emphasis on fostering critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability. To align with this shift, I intend to Integrate of project-based learning across all grade levels. This approach encourages students to collaborate, think critically, and apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. By incorporating hands-on projects, we can instill a deeper understanding of the subjects and cultivate problem-solving skills which are essential for success in the 21st century.
In alignment with this shift in education, we are placing a greater emphasis on value-based learning. Integrated subjects will not only impart academic knowledge but also instill values derived from each specific discipline. This holistic approach aims to cultivate well-rounded individuals who not only excel academically but also exhibit strong moral and ethical foundations.
I am confident that the implementation of these progressive initiatives will not only elevate the educational experience at Headway but also position our students as confident, adaptable, and forward-thinking individuals.
